Just said he'd have to think about deeply whether to sign with the Nets. I kind of like that answer. Sounds like a no.

Heres what I dont get KG. Melo holds all the power here. All he has to say is "look, youve been trying to get this done for 7 months now, either deal me to NY for whatever they offer or lose me in free agency. "

But as far as we know he hasnt done that. What is he afraid of? The Nuggets organization and fanbase has already turned on him, whose he trying to save face for?
Trust but verify.

Or do we let him go if the money and getting traded NOW is most important to him.

IMHO, he's a selfish player on and off the court. If we sell the farm here, we will likely never recover.

So duetta than I assume you are ok with not having a chance at Paul also. Because like I said if Melo goes to NJ chances are CP follows him there. You are ok with going another way right?

When he said Brooklyn is perfect, he was swallowing his words.

He doesn't want the Nets.

Please give me one plausible scenario where the Nets can acquire Paul after acquiring Melo, other than trading Lopez?

The Knicks' refusal so far to include Danilo Gallinari is reportedly the sticking point to completion of a trade that would send Carmelo Anthony to New York.

He's being vague on a possibility of not being dealt.

We're losing Melo because Donnie/Pringles don't wanna give up Gallo? Are you **** kidding me here.

carmelo says he would love to sit down with the nets owner and with dolan and see what the future holds. does the future really looks bright with them giving up their young PG and 4 1st round picks?

he sounded more excited talking about the knicks than the nets or anything else in the interview.

he doesn't sound like he's willing to go to free agency. sounds to me its either a trade to the knicks, VERY OUTSIDE chance with the nets, or he's re-signing with the nuggets IMO.

No, he's not. I was thinking the same thing.

He said he's on board for the Knicks completely. We knew that but it's cool to see.
