Cleaner, more Modern Forum Interface

The current forum is relatively bland and primitive to be honest. I was wondering whether you guys have thought about certain restructuring costs. I believe the cost would be re-couped and then some from ad impressions alone.

One of the best tools I have seen on user forums is a way to see who has quoted your post and you can go directly that page.

Another tool I would incorporate would be alerts. That is, if a certain set of keywords are triggered, an email is sent out to a user who set up the customized alert. This would, not only be convenient for the user, but I believe would make Realgm a media hub for a broader range of sports fans.
