Look on the bright side guys, no more Gallo vs Chandler nonsense. You will be missed Gallo.

My favorite player, this really sucks and I will miss him. I think he will become a star in Denver and I will root for him and follow him.

I guess the upside to Gallo leaving is... we won't have to mistake him for Fields on the court. Is that number 6 or number 8? Ohhh.

Thanks for the memories kiddo. I'll be rooting for you.

Exactly what I said earlier in the day to cope with the loss. D'Antoni smh.

i cant even sleep... im truly hurt by this...

ppl dont understand... i know melo is better, but we live n die, go to war with these players... i dont wanna sound corny, but they become family to us... Its like we all have issues with our fams, but at the same time we wouldnt trade them for the world... These players... especially gallo and chandler grew up with us... for better or worse, they were ours... theyd upset us, make us cheer, make us proud... We'd yell at them ourselves, but **** whoever else came on here n tried to sht talk the cock or the thrill... ive never been this hurt by a player leaving or getting traded... god speed gallo, stay healthy dude, and show the world how good u can be... show them ur more than the spot up shooter dntoni made u... and make dolan and the rest of the front office eat cock

I've had this thought for a while, I was hoping he could stay because he's a special talent but he was never going to live up to his potential on this poisoned team, especially with Melo and Amare taking every shot. It's a shame after putting up with nonsense he goes right back to a rebuilding team to lose some more, but I think Karl is a good coach for him.

Shame he has to be on a team with Al Harrington and JR Smith though. Gallo will be fine once he gets over it. He has a brighter future than the Knicks do.

Damn I am so disappointed that we lost Gallo! I am beyond piss that Melo had to be so damn greedy and we couldn't keep him. Gee thanks Dolan! Anyways, I wish him the best of luck, I always thought he would be a Knick for life, never really thought we would see him traded. I think one of the reasons I became attached to him is because I have had to argue for him so much over the years. First with the people that said he was a bad draft selection, then with all those people that said he was a bust and a wasted pick after he got hurt. Then the idiots that spread this ridiculous notion that he is a soft no defense playing one dimensional shooter that does nothing else. I think one of the proudest moment's I had as a Knick fans was when Melo was tryingto punk him last year, but gallo came back to own him:

The other is when KG tried to bully him and then Gallo came back to bury him:

While I was more of a Chandler guy, I feel equally sad watching all these guys go, including Felton and Moz, - if for no other reason than they all had heart.... Gallo and Chandler have been NYers from the beginning so it will be hard seeing them in new uniforms...

Harder to take than DLee knowing Lee went after the money, but I look forward to seeing how these two will evolve in their careers and truly do wish them the best.

Really gutted emotionally right now losing gallo and will... I know they both have it in them to be great and i really hope they become stars.. They will always be in my heart and I wish them best...Will never stop watching you guys!!

I am really happy some of you guys have changed your mind about Gallo. I'll be honest, I was feeling quite bad for Gallo when he got booed out on draft night... even during the interview fans were booing but Gallo was just being Gallo. Now, after 3,5 years I am just proud of him and hope he will have a great NBA career.

I am italian so obviously I will follow him in Denver or where ever he goes but I will follow NYK as well because during those years I learned that Knicks fans are fair fans. You didnt know Gallo back then, but once you got to know him and see what kind of character/player he was, you cheered for him even after he missed almost an entire season and it looked like he could be a bust. Probs to you Knicks fans.

Yeah after he has a HOF career in Denver, thus letting him go after he turns 37 years old.

I always thought Gallo had all-star potential, and I'm sure he will be one in the next 3-4 years. It just sucks it won't be with us.

Good luck out west Gallo. :(
