Camby would be fantastic .. But doubt it happens, + as said above, he would indeed probably retire ..

Substitute Gerald Wallace if you wish, I'd rather have Jacksons offensive firepower.

jackson is another scorer by volume. If the choice is there, it is obvious to take Wallace. We need some kind of perimeter defender.

I would do this. Jackson is a better perimeter defender than JRich. And Nazr is a pretty solid back up C. He would definitely know his role. But Charlotte wouldn't do this.

Dunno, Charlotte is very active in shopping Wallace and/or Jackson .. They want expirings ..

It's not that there aren't players available we could use, but the real question is: Is Otis willing to make another big trade? .. Right now, I doubt it ..

OR .. Dwight should step up and call Otis saying he wants him to make a move

Wallace is a better defender than Jackson, younger and doesnt shoot quite the volume of questionable shots that Jackson does. As for Charlotte, im sure they would do the Jackson trade as it gets them out of his remainder, i just wouldnt want it unless they were taking Duhon/Q-Rich/Malik

i wish we could get him :(

I'm pretty sure that if Philly gives any sign at all of wanting to trade Iggy, Otis will make a call and try to get him .. Iggy might not be a superstar, but he's the closest to a superstar we can realistically acquire

Iggy has been on Orlando's "radar" all season long, but they haven't made Iggy available ..

they're playoff contenders they wouldn't trade to a team in the east. warriors have him on their radar as well and they always have pieces and picks they can trade.

and i havent heard news about orlando pursuing him. we had a realistic shot in december but now that they're doing good we ain't getting ****.

The fact is that Nazr already is an expiring, so i think they would make this trade, but with Tyrus or Desagana instead of Mohammed.

I can remember reports from CBS&Yahoo saying that if Iggy would become available, Dallas, Orlando, Warriors, 2 more I can't remember, would be very interested ..

But I think those reports were in early-December ..

That's a good point. I think I will always be skeptical about Wallace because of how prone to injury he has been. But he hasn't been too banged up this season. Jackson's contract isn't that pretty for sure.

Ultimately, I don't think we will make a trade.. or that we need to make one. I hope we can just land Troy or someone similar for some more size

We are not winning a championship playing with four bad defenders.
Smart / Micic / D. Wright
Wiggins / Exum / J. Adams
Parker / K. Anderson / Mcdermott
Randle / Vonleh / Stokes
Embiid / Nurkic/ Tavares

JJ isn't a bad defender. He's been our 2nd best defender this season

Arenas on the other hand .. He would be a great knickerbocker, since he can't spell the word defense even if his life depended on it

Iguodala ranks first in PPP Allowed, second in PER against, 7th in DFR when he's on the floor, and fifth in DFR differential among all wing starters of note. Kobe and Gerald Wallace, the two wings who made first team all defense last season, rank near the bottom of the list in most categories.

Alex Kennedy tweets:
Rockets shopping Yao Ming, Chase Budinger, Courtney Lee, Terrence Williams, Jared Jeffries and Jordan Hill. All available for right price.

Bring Lee back and tag on Jordan Hill with him!

Kennedy also tweeted they could be shopping Brooks.. looks like they are ready to start over. But it is strange that they would shop young talent like that. I think they are looking for bigger names in return.

Jason Jones:

Heard from multiple people in the last few days the Kings will make a move by the deadline. Kings want player(s), cash, draft picks.

Would love to have Dalembert!
