GT Feb 22nd Charlotte Vs Toronto 7:00pm

Post#1 » by BigSlam » Tue Feb 22, 2011 2:47 am

Hopefully with the long break everyone will be well rested and ready to make a serious push for the playoffs.

Coming out of this game with a strong, dominating win would be a great start.

I think the bigger question might be, do we have a full team for the game? Will there be a trade tomorrow that impacts our ability to win this game....Certainly is a MUST WIN fo us. Hopefully we come out of the break ready to play. Could be the last game for several guys on this team, if they even make it to tonight.

Not really relevant but I wanted an excuse to post this pic.

This is a work colleagues sister, and yes, we do insist that she is invited to all our social do's.

I will be attending this game.

whats the chance it will be the last ever game for Gerald Wallace in a Bobcats uni??

I'd say there is a 50% chance than we lose becuase we won't have several starters as well.

Should be entertaining.

I am kinda waiting to see if Crash, Jax, Diaw or anyone else is a healthy scratch. Would kinda signal a trade is pending. If everyone is playing, I would hazzard a guess that nothing happens between now and the deadline.

Not heard a word about it. But given he has had a week off, I hope it is better. We will see tonight.

It appears that IF there is a trade, Wallace and Diaw WILL be the ones going out. No one else. So Jack i would say is safe. I would agree that there is a 50% chance that this is Wallace's last game in a Bobcat uni. I don't agree that if there is no scratches tonight that a trade won't happen. I think the ideal time to make a trade would be tomorrow, not tonight. A big game by Wallace could do wonders for us in the trade market. Who knows, there could be a deal in palce but the interested team wants to see one game tonight to kinda make them get that final urge to make a trade. We'll see.

As far as the game goes, it's a MUST win. Absolutely have to win this game. Lets bring it guys!

How hard is he working out (full pace, half pace, stand still J's)? What's his movement like?

I'm thinking we just let him get his - he's going to get it anyways. Might as well try and make him beat us on his own by guarding everyone else as closely as possible?

Which really is a pity, btw. If we have to move someone, it should be Jack first. He's only hampering Henderson's development at this point.
