TGO, you're right about Gay, and Granger also did well in one of his 2 games against him. The thing is, I wish I could go back and watch the games because I've noticed opposing coaches seemingly putting a lot more effort into getting their scorer away from Iguodala. But more to your point, no defensive player is going to shut down every single #1 option he faces, some guys are just gonna have it on some nights.

Again, I'm not saying he is worth as much as the guys he can shut down, I am not even sure if I believe he is not overpayed. I just think when you shift your view to a game by game basis, he can seem much more valuable than we give him credit for.

Edit: Also (again to tgo), to your point about his shooting. I will have to watch for it more because I don't have quite the amount of evidence to come to any reasonable conclusion but I have been noticing that on his really bad shots, he seems to stick one of his feet out way in front of the other.

He is an east coast guy. Also with one year left on his contract, he isn't going anywhere. I have yet to meet a player to walk away from 9m.

The 76ers are due to do something now. Maybe not a superstar, I wish we could get the 1st overall pick and get Jarred Sullenger! Why would we trade Iggy? Why not trade Brand and our 1st rounder and someone else to get a 1st round pick and maybe an average player. I want a play making big man, then Jrue, ET, and Iggy could go 1,2,3 the Sullenger @ the 4, and Hawes playing center.

ET is going to blow up next year, so maybe they will have to trade Iggy and keep Young on the floor

Nobody is going to give us a lotto pick in a Brand deal...

And now that Jefferson is probably going to be available, there won't be a chance we can send off Brand if the FO wanted to rebuild.

I'm holding out for a Camby, Biedrins, or Okur deal.

It seems like Portland is going to be very active this deadline. Didn't they express interest in Iggy a couple months back? I think they offered Batum and an expiring and we turned it down. It now seems like they are looking to move Oden.....

Anyone think they would consider Iggy and our 2011 first for Batum, Oden, and Pyrzbilla's expiring?

It looks like the Blazers are getting Gerald Wallace so there's no way they come after Iggy after that.
