Blake Griffin returns back to his home town for the fist time since turning pro. He was the star of All-Star weekend and may be looking at a similar reception when he is announced against the Thunder. He will be remembered as one of Oklahoma University's 2 favorite players of all-time along with the late Wayman Tisdale.

Blake stated that he is the most tired that he has been since training camp. It has been a long weekend that continued on into Monday. He traveled back to Oklahoma immediately after the All-Star Game to attend the funeral of his friend Wilson Holloway. Playing in front of friends, family and his hometown state may be enough to give him the boost that will be necessary if the Clippers are going to beat the Thunder. Oklahoma City has a couple All-Star players of their own in Kevin Durant and Russell Westbrook, who enjoyed a victory on Sunday night along with Blake. Serge Ibaka squared off with Blake in the Slam Dunk Contest, but was eliminated in the first round. Could he be looking for a little retribution? Willie Warren, who also played with Blake at OU will be making his return to the team after a short stint, but successful stint in the D-League. Will he gets some burn in Oklahoma? Lastly, Eric Bledsoe was drafted by the Oklahoma City Thunder before being traded to the Clippers for a future 1st round pick.
