The Phoenix Suns, Golden State Warriors, Minnesota Timberwolves, Portland Trailblazers, and Houston Rockets have agreed upon a BLOCKBUSTER!

1.) Suns trade Gani Lawal to Golden State for free, as he's a minimum contract.

2.) Minnesota trades Royal Ivey ($1,200,000) in exchange for GS TPE from Watson deal.

3.) The Rockets trade Chase Budinger ($780,871) to the Suns in exchange for TPE.

All this is prior to the trade, taking two players, GS's roster is at 14.

Then...

4.)

The Rockets trade Brad Miller ($4,400,000) in exchange for Marquis Daniels ($2,388,000).
**Works as Rockets are taking less than they are outgoing.

The Golden State Warriors trade Jeremy Lin ($473,604), Marquis Daniels ($2,388,000), and Francisco Elson (854,389) in exchange for Brad Miller ($4,400,000).
**Warriors Outgoing: $3,715,993 = $4,644,991. ** Warriors Incoming: $4,400,000

The Timberwolves accept Jeremy Lin for free (minimum) - HAVE ROSTER SPACE

The Blazers accept Francisco Elson for free (minimum) - HAVE ROSTER SPACE

---

Suns accept, we like Budinger as a young replacement SF to Hill.

Warriors accept. We trade 3 spare parts for a solid veteran center that will immediately help this team and 2 more spare parts.

LA Lakers have a trade to announce.

LA Trades:

Derek FIsher - $3.7m

OKC Trades:

Cap space (currently has $3.8m space)
2012 2nd round pick

Why for LA? With CP3 on board, we feel Fisher is no longer needed. We'd like to wish him well for the future.

OKC does not have the cap space to do this deal. He needed to sign Powell to get to 12 players (not sure how he fell below) and his posted total salary is incorrect, it is $56,895,825 (I am not sure if the cap is $58 or $59 mil) but either way he does not have the $ to take on Fisher

DEAL NOT LEGAL, so it is cancelled

Orlando and Detroit have agreed upon a trade.

Orlando Trades- Gilbert Arenas($17,730,694), Daniel Orton($1,028,400), Quinten Richardson($2,265,000), 2013 Orlando 1st, 2012 Orlando 2nd.
Total Outgoing- $21,024,094

Detroit Trades- Ben Gordon($10,800,000), Tayshaun Prince($11,148,760), Ben Wallace($2,080,000).
Total Outgoing- $24,028,760

$21,024,094x1.25+100,000=$26,380,117> $24,028,760
Deal works.

We accept, Gil hasn't been to good and we want to win now so no time to wait. Ben Gordon gives us some instant offence while Tayshaun is also a nice fit. Ben Wallace gets us the backup C we have been lacking.

with warspite not accepting, and now longer playing, this deal is officially cancelled

We add more size and defense to our post, and we get another big man to add to our collection. Seems like a no-brainer to me.

Knicks Get
Travis Outlaw $7,000,000
Lakers 2011 1st
Magic 2011 1st
Nets 2011 2nd

Total: $7,000,000

Nets Get
Jared Jeffries $6,883,800

Total: $6,883,800 x 1.25 + 100,000 = $8,704,750

Accept. I can't believe I'm taking a contract this bad lol. But after this I'll still have more than enough cap space for Melo, so it's OK I guess. The picks will help out my rebuilding.

The Chicago Bulls and Cleveland Cavaliers have finally come to a deal, ironically.

Bulls outgoing / Cavaliers incoming:

Jordan Crawford $1,042,320
Sheldon Williams $854,389
Brian Scalabrine $854,389
Sherron Collins $473,604
Total: $3,224,702 x 1.25% + 100,000 = 4,130,878 (Maximum Incoming)

Cleveland outgoing / Chicago Incoming:

Anthony Parker $2,855,769
Christian Eyenga $1,020,960
2011 2nd round pick from OKC
Total: $3,876,729

Salaries work, bearly.

Why?
Its a sad day in the Chi - Town. Losing Scalabrine will set this franchise back, but we feel we can rebuild fast. We also feel that Eyenga's potential / value / ceiling is about the same with Crawfords, if not more, so Anthony Parker is icing on the cake for us. Good dealing Cleveland.

I do not think this trade will work, even after with waiving all those guys, Cleveland currently has 15 players on their roster and can not do this trade untill they waive 2 more players

so trade is on hold untill Cleveland waives 2 more players in addition to the 7 that he has already waived

Telfair and Najera were waived according to his roster (He did not post again)

why22 emailed me and I told him
1. he was already told that he has to post when he waives someone, which he again has not done
2. he also has already been told not to prematurely update his roster, which he again has done
3. Nejera was all but 500k guarantted (meaning 2.25mil) if waived before 6/30/2010 which has pasted and made Nejera's deal fully guaranteed

we do not do buyouts,
Eddie Nejera is a cap hit of $3,000,000 (2010/2011) and $2,750,000 (2011/2012)
please list on your roster page

this brings you down to 14 players on your roster, which still does not let you do a 4 for 2 trade

There are reports that telfair's agent is shopping him around, but no official word has been received that he is a FA
