Hello Everyone,

We are pleased to introduce the newest member of our Houston Rockets Forum Moderating Team. Please join us in welcoming Optimism Prime as our new moderator.

Optimism Prime has been an exemplary member and a long time stabilizing presence of our Rockets forum since 2005. We are fortunate that he has accepted the task of helping us grow into one of the best Rockets forum on the web.

Legend has it that once you become a moderator for the Rockets board they take you to some strange island far far away. That is why posters who become mods are rarely heard from again.

You know, I was just thinking about this yesterday. I figured if y'all were going to bring on a new mod the candidates would be:

I guess I was pretty spot on.

Oh yeah, congrats Prime. Now that I have an e-friend in the admin, I can get away with trolling on the Jazz/Mavs forum.

HOWEVER, one thing must be made clear. Guy, I'm looking at you.

OPTIMUS PRIME is this guy:

OPTIMIST PRIME doesn't exist.

OPTIMISM PRIME is me.

If you can't keep it straight, just call me Prime.

That's so not true, I saw TMU post barely 6 months ago, Roosk couldn't stop talking about Yao as a draft pick, and I saw Wizzle at an OTC convention during the Carter administration.

So do we, (A collective we, meaning people that post on this board!) now plan to take over the Rockets organisation in a massive coup? Today, RealGM, Tomorrow, the world, (The world being the Houston Rockets.)
