Does MJ Travel?

Does MJ usually travel with the team? I'm going to be sitting on the first row behind the Bobcats bench in Boston next month. Just curious.

He might to Boston, but he doesn't normally. It would basically dominate all his time during the regular season if he did that and he enjoys his leisure (as well he should).

he probably goes to 5-10 road games a year and maybe 25-30 home games.

He has been to every home game this year, and I don't anticipate he would miss another hoem game this year unless something big popped up. So I would say that 25-30 is pretty low. I bet he goes to every home game this season.

He went to a couple road games on our west coast swing and the Chicago game. Those are really the only ones I remember him going to period. He MIGHT go to the Boston game though, who knows.

where are you getting your info that he has been to every home game this year? i have seen a few games this year where he was not in his seats next to the bench. he was not in his usual seats at the lakers game on monday.

I havn't watched or been to a game this season where he wasn't there. Bobcats TV always shows him giving high fives to the players after the game, he was at the Lakers game too. Sometimes he is late to the games, but he has been at every game from what i remember. He always gets shown at least once during the game.

Q: Does Michael Jordan travel?
A: Yes, but referees gave him superstar treatment.

I couldn't resist.

Jordan was not in his seats at the Lakers game, that was just another bald guy that looked similar to him. He's not been at several of the games this year or if he was he wasn't in his seats. Not that I'm ragging on him, I think he makes it to plenty of games.

30 is actually more like it. He was not at the Laker game....that was the police chief if I'm not mistaken. He has indeed missed a few this season.

He was defiantly at the game. I remember him wearing that exact suit and giving high fives as the guys walked off the court....

I'm not trying to be a jerk or anything but the guy at the Lakers game was clearly not Jordan. You can see this even from pictures I have of the back of his famous bald head. You'd know it even more if you had seen him turn around.

like chabber said, there is a dude who looks kinda like jordan from the back (black man with shaved head) who sometimes sits in jordan's seat when jordan isnt there. however, the other guy is much smaller and is definitely not him.

another clue...

the lakers game was on valentine's day. jordan has been going to bobcats game with his girlfriend. there is no girlfriend at that lakers game. do you really think jordan ditched his girlfriend on valentines day?

I thought I heard that he was at the game, but maybe in his suite or box or whatever its called. I'm pretty sure they said this during one of the very recent home broadcasts, but I can't remember which exact game it was.

No, I'm pretty sure it's a legal move, ala the "crab dribble".

Bro...let it go...Fatlever owned you...he was NOT at the Laker game and that is a fact. Sometimes the broadcast shows clips of him high fiving, etc but those are from different games...sort of like a promo...do you really think he would give someone his seat for the Laker game?? LOL...also you have to remember who he is...it's not possible for him to be at every single game...especially with him likely having several other obligations.
