So shaq and jermaine oneal, some injury prone, and foul prone guys are better than Perkins defending Howard.

Sure they can. Nobody is going to keep Howard to single-digit scoring anymore, not even Perkins. All the Celtics need is someone who can keep him in check enough for him to not drop 50 or foul out their entire frontcourt by getting to the rim at will. Fatboy and Shaq have been able to do that.

I can't believe Boston just landed Jeff Green....I've wanted him on our team for awhile...the Celtics just got scary good imo. So much versatility on that team. SMH @ my team

Why Boston would do this?... cuz they don't have to worry about the Magic anymore!!!!... They have to worry about Miami and Chicago and New York and possibly Atlanta... no one is afraid of Howard and the Magic anymore

Jeff Green is a solid player, but he's nothing more than a young Rashard Lewis...and he'll be playing what...20 minutes a night? Not a good deal for an aging Celtics team...Not at all.

I think Perkins is big for them against the Heat too... I'm not sure if this is a good move for them. Definitely a good move for the Thunder though, what they needed was some toughness and defensive intensity.
