Kenny's casual point concerns me long term. No resistance at the rim. Even discounting the fastbreaks. Neither was there last night.

It scares me to contemplate if we are a better defensive team with Kurt Thomas than Noah.

But for years the numbers have not shown Noah's contribution there to meet his reputation. I hope it turns around soon, because our only ticket to deep in the playoffs is defense based.

1). 2 Playmakers, or
2). 2 Creators, or
3). 2 Shooters

We have none.

Going to be tough for us moving forward against top tier teams.

Yeah, and a number of other things. He's already looking a lot better than he did last night.

Overall though, this is the type of game where I wish we had someone like OJ Mayo.

I have a feeling we'll be seeing a lot of those, particularly in the playoffs.

He absolutely would make a differnce. He's an offensive threat. Wade does even have to play defense.
