Jeff Green @ SF

Post#1 » by theman » Fri Feb 25, 2011 2:17 pm

Help me out guys. Since the Celtics acquired Jeff Green I have been hearing he can play the three and the four. I thought he was strictly a power forward. I realize for fantasy reason yahoo has him listed as a sf/pf but can he really play the small forward position?

BTW - you guys are going to LOVE Perkins. Hopefully, he helps you knock the Lakers out of the playoffs.

He's a natural SF, he covered Durant at this position. He's been playing PF, but he has no use at this. He's not a good at catching rebounds as PF and he can't guard PF position.

He can be way more useful at SF.

He's a lot less effective as a 4 than he'll be for you guys at the 3.

He will be a great 6th man if you use him that way.

There's no doubt he's the 6th (or 7th) man. He won't crack that starting lineup.
