Simillar story here!

Oh my god!!! Exactly the same here. Used to always pick them in those first years of the franchise in NBA Live. I just loved that free cap space. Signed a good free agent, made one or two trades and the team was already good enough. Also I remember the first year, I think it was in NBA Live 04, they were included with a roster that consists of players named after their position and with an overall of 25.

8-) 8-) 8-) 8-) 8-)

Yeah I think that was 05 or 04. I think 05, because 05 came out in 04 (when the exp. draft happened).

I became a fan in 04-05 midway through the expansion year/season. Wallace, Okafor, Knight were my favorites, then Felton when he was drafted. Wallace was the 1st player that caught my attention though.

I was like you guys too, i always used the Cats in Live and 2K and loved their cap space they had. Too bad in real life that cap space was wasted. One of my lineups i had in Live was, Billups, Rip, Wallace, Amare, Okafor for the 05-06 season.

Whoa! Nice lineup. I wasn't very good at that age at managing the stuff. I'd sign like all the available free agents to long term deals and then be like now what? and just play the games with my mediocre lineup. Maybe they were watching me

I'm loving that there are so much fans that don't live in Charlotte.
