All Star selections are pathetic. Tim Duncan, who as an individual player hasnt done s**t this year, gets the start, while Nash, who has been carrying his team all season, doesnt get a place.
I know team records play a part in selections, but in my opinion, All Star selections should ONLY be based on individual player performances throught the season.
If the Suns have a really good streatch, and we manage to get maybe a Top 6 seed, would Nash be considered for MVP?

I think this is where respect comes in. Tim Duncan is also a 2x MVP and 4 time champion and he deserves a lot of respect, this season he's been not even the best player on his team. Nash is damn near 50 years old and still putting up MVP stats on a team less talented and less balanced than any of the Nash era teams. He definitely deserved an all-star berth and it does annoy me to know that had Deron Williams or Melo been traded earlier, Nash would've made it.

Definetaly underrated, most people don't get how much he impacts the Suns' game.
