Yeah since that's the case I wouldn't really mind it at this point where he goes.

Dr Mufasa wrote:CBA experts, does he still count against Washington's salary cap next year? If not this is a very slick move. The Wiz are basically copying the OKC bible word for word and are doing a FANTASTIC job of manipulating the cap into value. 3 1sts from the Hinrich thing in total and next year they're looking at a salary well below the floor. I'm sure they'll try for another Hinrich type deal to get above the floor, then they'll have 14 mil more capspace to make more moves of the nature

Rondo and Rose both hope this is true.

Were Rondo and Rose losing sleep over Arroyo and Chalmers?

No, but they would love it if Bibby was "guarding" them.

I'm still trying to figure it out myself, so hopefully Nate (our cap guru) chimes in eventually. But I think we have $6.2 mil in cap space for next year. It really all depends on what the salary cap is for next season.
I think 2012 will be the offseason where they will try and make a move.

My math says with your guaranteed contracts, upcoming picks and minimum capholds, you'll be at 50-51 million next year - But that's not counting anything for Nick Young. So to have capspace next year to make more Hinrich like swallow deals, you'll either have to let Young go or S&T him, or find a team to take Blatche for capspace, which is very plausible.
Either way being in a position to have free capspace with Rashard's 22 mil salary next year is an insane achievement
