Timberwolves trade: martell Webster($4,800,000)
Lac trade:rasual butler($2,400,000), roger mason($1,400,000), Brian Cardinal(min)/Nathan Jawai(min)

Timberwolves accept. We've been tryin to get out of Websters deal and we finally get expirings for him. He's a nice bench player but he was expendable with cj miles waiting.

Before this trade happens we sign Nathan Jawai to a min contract and trade for Cardinal for nothing.

We need a semi healthy backup at SG/SF and Martell expires in 2012 which is what our aspirations/goals are leading to, AKA 2012 FA. :)

LAC accepts

Dallas accepts the Cardinal min contract for roster space trade, which even thought it is prior to #115, it will be considered #119
Cardinal simply was not going to play here, we send him to a place that has less bodies.

LA Lakers and Philly 76ers have agreed a trade.

LA Lakers Trade

Kenyon Martin $16,545,454
Trevor Ariza $6,322,320
Leon Powe $854,389
2012 ATL 1st
Total = $23,722,163

Philadelphia 76ers Trade

David Lee $10,800,000
Drew Gooden $5,765,000
DeShawn Stevenson $4,151,786
Nick Young $2,630,503
Total = $23,347,289

Why for LA? We get the backup PF/C we've been after in David Lee, get a good scoring guard in Young, at the sacrifice of our backup defender (Ariza) and Gooden's contract. In terms of cementing the strength of my bench though, I feel it's worth it :)

PHI accepts. Although it is tough to part with david lee, we feel this helps the franchise in the future years. Ariza is a wing that can be solid for many years to come on this team. We get rid of goodens big contract, and we take martins expiring. Good trading LA.

This trade is approved. This game we try and stick to RL trade standards, and in my eyes at least, this trade is within the realm of reason for both parties. Update your rosters.

Pending Approval of 109, LA Lakers and Cleveland Cavaliers have a trade to announce.

LA Lakers trade

Drew Gooden $5,765,000
Nick Young $2,630,503
Devin Ebanks $473,604
2011 NY 2nd
2012 CHI 2nd
2012 LA 2nd
Total = $8,869,107

Cleveland trade

Mickael Pietrus $5,300,000
Charlie Bell $4,447,792
Total = $9,747,792

Why for LA?

Pietrus brings some good perimeter D to the second unit, whilst moving Gooden helps cut costs. Losing Young sucks, but he'll have a bigger opportunity to play in Cleveland. Hopefully I won't regret letting him go.

Clev has not accepted this deal yet, he has to accept befroe the deadline

Deals sent in at 12:00 and later will not be accepted, NO EXCEPTIONS. Deals posted before the deadline that don't get approved by 11:59 will not be accepted.

You must have an updated roster by noon tomorrow or you will get less favorable draft positioning.

The Phoenix Suns and Denver Nuggets have agreed upon a deal.

The Nuggets send Vladimir Radmanovic ($6,883,800) in exchange for Mike Bibby ($5,764,767).

Deal Works!

Suns accept, we really don't know if we want to go a capspace route tbh, but Bibby doesn't fit in our plans, and some financial flexibility is nice.

Nuggets accept. Radman doesn't fit and we needed a pg off the bench allowing Ellis to play off ball.

Dallas and Houston have agreed to a deal

Dallas will send
TPE (part of the $3mil tpe they have)
2011 Dallas 1st
2011 Dallas 2nd

Houston sends
Aaron Brooks $2,016,692

dallas accepts, we know alot of people in Houston were down on Brooks, but think he will refind his old self now playing that he has been trade to the Suns. We wanted a young PG to play behind Kidd/Dre and aaron will be ideal

Rockets accept

The last thing our team needs is a ball demanding point guard under the new regime. We get a couple of picks and some financial wiggle room in this deal.

guys the deadline has passed, seems like all pending trades except #110 (LAL/CLEV) should be approved, please get rosters updated so Miller can figure out the draft order.

so consider trades 111, 112, 113, 114, 115, 116, 117, 118, 119, 120 all approved, unless Miller sees a problem

i guess #110 is canceled, but that also is Miller's call

Cleveland did not accept by the deadline, therefore #110 has to be cancelled.

GUYS, hold up on this trade. I have gotten a few vetoes now on this deal, I am just waiting till I can talk with Miller to let him decide on this deal. Both vetoes think PPhilly is being taken advantage of here, sotrade is on HOLD till Miller decides. I am sure he will talk to the teams to come up with a fair deal

sorry guys

Seriously? I didn't even approach Philly about the deal. Not ideal on deadline day either, I already have one, maybe 2 moves linked to this.

If someone wants to email me about the deal i can explain why i did it. i understand how it may look like i got the bad end of the deal, but i wanted to clear as much space this FA so I could sign a great player. Lee was never in my future plans.

The Raptors have decided to buyout Vince Carters remaining year on his contract (he has a 4M buyout option). This makes Vince a UFA and able to explore options this off season.

1. you waived Cook and his guaranteed contract to do trade #102

dan_atko97 wrote:Orlando would like to cut Brian Cook putting us at 13 players.

2. He has a player option for 2012 which he opted to accept and collect the free money when you waived him, as was posted when thhe waiving was approved

please list on your roster, his 2012 salary is fully guaranteed and a cap hit

which was also why booz was not allowed to sign him to a min contract
