I don't understand how that line of thinking is weird. I believe that it would be weird if people didn't think of both of those aspects of "value" when voting.

So you'd rather have a 33-year old Pierce over some of the guys not yet nominated? I just thought that if you voted for Wall now, you should nominate a guy like Curry (young with potential). Just my dos cents though.
