He's been quoted as saying that he really needs about a month of rest in order for his wrist to get to where it feels normal again. All I know is that they've been bad with him. Without him, they're hopeless. They have already closed the gap between them and Toronto for 5th, and are just one full game out of 4th as we speak. As long as they stay in that top 6 range, they have a great shot of moving into the top 3. Woot!

He must've been on ESPN Coast to Coast last night because I caught the last few minutes of the show and Tim Legler made a joke by pulling out his cell phone and said he got a text message from Deron that said something like "I see the NBA rescinded Dwight Howard's technical fouls, can they rescind a trade too?" And then Legler or Broussard made the comment that he looked pissed off to be there, it sounded like they interviewed him from London earlier in the program. Yeah, I'd be pissed if I were him too. Poor Nets. I kind of hope it eventually works out for them, just not this season.

You know, the Jazz have the opportunity to be far enough under the cap when D-Will hits FA to make an offer.....far fetched, but not impossible. Imagine the stir THAT would create.

Ya, call me insane but I don't think a reunion with D-Will is all that far fetched. It all depends on the new CBA but crazier things have happened.

Whoa!
For some reason that had not occurred to me... perhaps because I like the way Harris pushes the ball, in addition to his reasonable salary. I believe the Jazz can attain elite status with him running the point, but they must then find deadly shooting at the 2 and/or 3.

Yes deron coming back after being traded is probably in .01 percentile category.

If Deron came back can you imagine the complaints from the league? It would be epic. I could see Deron coming back ala Raja Bell, but it won't be 2012.
