But then we wouldn't have all this useful cap space :D

We probably wouldn't have Anthony Randolph but that cap space was useless unless AR has a breakout year next season.

Haha I know. I was saying it more to illicit a response from everyone who was so disappointed with the deadline.

The one thing I will say about the cap space thing is that maybe Taylor has some ideas about what the new CBA will be like and not having huge salaries to take care of will make things a lot easier going forward. Who knows?

And lets hope Randolph can breakout. That would be neat 8-)

So they've been complaining about his lack of effort on defense and refusal to pass? Classic Al. Good to hear he is back to his old self.

I want to bring Foye back as a 6th/7th man off the bench.

And if it wasn't for the money issue, I'd rather have Al at center than Dako right now because Darko's D isn't translate into wins either. Darko is looking like a career back up and I think we need to start looking for an upgrade.

you can't have superstars at every position...darko is the perfect completementary piece, he doesn't care about scoring, he defends, blocks shot, boxes out, can pass. he is hardly ever the reason we have lose games.

darko did have that 5-6 game stretch where he averaged something like 18, 9, 4 assists and 4 blocks or something like that and has shown some nice scoring moves. most importantly he can normally handle 95% of guys without a double team which really helps the defense.

I agree about Darko as far as defense is concerned. However, as much as I want to believe he'll start getting better with his offensive ability it's looking less likely as the year goes on. If Darko is going to continue to start we're going to have to improve the PG and SG spots so Darko isn't used as much on offense. Defensively he's a top 10 center at the very worst so if we can keep him in the lineup without needing him on offense much then we are in good shape.

He won't come back. He's playing solid as of late and the Clippers will keep him. Kahn would never trade for a player he has traded away from the team before anyway. He did it with Telfair but the purpose was certainly not getting Telfair back in a Minnesota jersey.

Dumping Brewer will come back to haunt us. Not to mention, when Buford and Presti are interested in the guy you know Kahn eff'ed up. I trust their judgement over that of our doofus GM.

I feel like smiting a stuffed puppy.

I have zero worries about Brewer "haunting" us.

I'm ranting because tonight's game gave me nothing to rant about, so I'm ranting just to rant.

I'm getting so sick of seeing crap about Love's double-double streak all over nba and espn.com. "Love gets 48th in a row!" "Love gets 49th in a row!" I just want it to end tbh.

Meh...

For the last few years we (Calinks) have complained about how little attention we've received from ESPN. Now we're getting it. Once the streak ends, ESPN will return to ignoring us.
