Even if we lose to the heat, as long as it's not a blowout I'll accept that the switch is on. if we get blown out by 15 to 20 points to a team we really have the advantage in matchup wise in 4 out of 5 positions, I'm gonna say the switch isn't actually on.

Increasing current to the dimmer just doesn' t have the same ring to it though :wink:

I don't believe in this flip switching thing. It's a myth. Some games you lose, some games you win. Some time you lose 3 straight, some times you win 11 straight. Hell, Houston a couple of years back got that freakish 22 game win streak out of nowhere without Yao Ming.

With the exception of San Antonio, pretty much all the elite teams have gone through ups and downs (Miami anyone?) , and right now the Lakers are on the rising part of the coaster.

Even if they get to a 10 game streak, who knows if they'll lose after that. Game streaks don't affect my confidence in a team too much in terms of playoff performance, cuz the playoffs is a different beast.
