Pretty much. Although Durant did get a wide open shot that he needed to make, not everything falls on the coaches here. Harden also went 3 straight possessions in either a turnover or miss layup, cant have that.

Brooks deciding that Kevin Durant should guard Marc Gasol pretty much killed the momentum that the team was trying to build. Thabo Sefolosha getting all those minutes also. Brooks just has no idea when it comes to lineups and rotations.

Durant hitting a barrage of threes got us back in a game we had no business being in because the coach decided to make it difficult for the team. Why make trades for size if you're not going to use it? Putting Durant at PF is fine in theory, but not against one of the best front courts in the league. It's a miracle the team got back into the game at all.

Can you tell me why this was a close game? Can't you see Thunder team is inconsistent as hell? Can you tell me why we're inconsistent?

C'mon, if I was Harden or Durant I would be really pissed off with this Scott Brooks.

Still down the stretch, our players had chances to make plays and they folded under the pressure. KD with the brick 3, and Harden with 2 terrible turnovers, and a missed layup. Those plays rest solely on the players in crunch time.

what? Harden played great, and Durant was fighting hard, but they choked in crunch time.

Man, if Scott Brooks wasn't so stupid, there would not be CRUNCH TIME MAN. THERE'S NO BAD REACTION WITHOUT A BAD ACTION.

I would be really anxious at situations like these. You have a twice better team, their star is out of the game and your staff management **** in your head, make the worst subs and matchups. But OK, you play good, you bring them a chance of winning.

So your COY call a timeout and ask them to chuck into an injuried player. OH Nice.

He's human. He gets pissed and anxious.

I agree that Brooks is a moron. I was just saying that Durant and Harden, or someone else needs to step up in crunch time. We had opportunities tonight, we just didn't make the plays.

One positive is that Aldrich looked good again. Very active and protected the paint.

If there is a positive to take out of this piss-poor effort, KD said in his post-game interview he's going to have a team meeting. God knows they ALL need to talk.

I liked the screen he set on Tony Allen, laying him out.

Durant should have a meeting with Brooks and slap him for having him guard Marc Gasol.

Or give him swift kick in the nuts. Sheesh that was horrific. What's even better, is that in his post-game interview, Brooks admitted that Gasol was killing them. Sooooooooooooooooo, why do you leave your starting center on the bench then?
