Mike Cranston Twitter...

No Tyrus Thomas for #Bobcats tonight after all. Woke up to soreness. Now shooting for Friday.

Now #Bobcats G Stephen Jackson is calling himself a game-time decision. Silas declared him ready to return after practice yesterday.

#Bobcats' Jack on hamstring: "There's a possiblity if I play tonight I might re-injure it. So that's the decision we're having to make."
. More Jack: "I think I got enough rest, but I might need a little bit more."

#Bobcats' Thomas on sitting out tonight: "Give it another day or two. I don't want to play and have to sit back down."

Waking up sore is how this whole thing begain with Tryus.

I'm starting to think the dude should just move in with Charlie Sheen, drink tiger blood and never go to bed.

That way he will never wake up sore.

I want them back healthy next season (and in the this offseason as well), that's all I care about. don't let Pacers win the lottery race.

Man, really hoped we could see them together today. I know some of you are wishing we loose, much like Panthers fans did last season. But as a fan of a team I just cannot even begin to fathom how you actively hope your team does not make the playoffs. Maybe i'm just wired differed. In my book, if we have a chance to make it, which we do, I want us going 100 percent towards that. Plus you have to think that Thomas is a guy they look at as a starter for the future, so wouldn't it be nice to actually see him in that starters role for at least a little bit? I mean there is a lot to gain for the future with this team being successfull. It lets you know what you do and what you don't have. I still think we will be in the playoffs, and I will still root 110% for the playoffs. This team with Jack and Thomas back I think will surprise some people. It lets everyone go back to there more "natural" role. Especially DJ and Hendo. Then we have DJ White looking nice off the bench, some size down low, Livingston playing very well as well.

Monday was a game I did say we would have to win to go .500. I think at .500, if you look at the Pacers schedule, that would give us just enough to surpass them (which would be 1 more win than them since we don't have tiebreaker). So to make up for Monday, we will eventually have to win a game were not supposed to. Today, though, is not the day. So I won't be too disapointed over a loss here. Worst case is were 2 games back with Jack and Thomas coming back, plus with the way the Pacers have playead there is no guarentee they win tonight agains the Twolves. Tonight will be a good night to see more of our young guys get big minutes. We don't have Carroll so even if Jack does play, expect a lot of Temple. Kind of excited to see what the kid has...maybe another Cartier Martin?

Go Bobcats!

According to Bobcats FB, Joel is a game-time decision with "knee trouble". Says Jackson is still hampered by injury but doesn't state whether he'll play or not. I'm leaning towards 'no' because I doubt we win this game with him.

If I heard right ( I walked into room towards end of convo) then they just said that Joel is out tonight....but again I only caught the end of it.

If Joel is out, we might as well just keep Jax out and swallow the pill. Right now Tyrus, Diop, Jack, Joel, Carroll all seem to be out. Look for lots of McGuire, Temple, Liv, White tonight! At least I can get excited about seeing what Temple and White can do....haha

#Bobcats G Matt Carroll has left ankle taped but is warming up. Lesson: Don't listen to Silas injury updates anymore.

BTW, we'll be lucky to hit 60 tonight. If we loose by less than 20 i'll be semi impressed haha. I bet Carroll will play, but I don't want him out there with an ankle injury that likely would had kept him out any other night. Might as well let Temple play anyway. So we figure to have 10.5 players tonight..haha and no back-up C. This will be interesting....

Carlos Boozer is pretty high on my list of "NBA players who I think are total knobs" list.

He's been dissapointing - not awful. At least he is making great position and catching the ball. It's just dissappointing because after doing all the hard work he keeps missing bunnies.
