TSN revisits discussion re: relocating to Winnipeg

Take if for what it's worth, but lastnight TSN Sportscentre and Bob Mckenzie revisited the possibility of a team returning to Winnipeg. Atlanta has been thrown into the mix... Thoughts? I'm sure I'll get flamed for even posting this -- but hey, it's another cold night on the prairie... I have nothing better to do!!

I've never seen a story dragged out for such a length of time with absolutely no story involved whatsoever.

I feel bad for Winnipeggers (?) because they keep getting jerked around in all of this, less so for Hamiltonians (?).

I meant hopefully knowing a team is relocating here next season. of course there not gonna play the last 7 games and playoffs in Winnipeg.

I hope the Jets come back, seriously. Would be great to see them back in the NHL.

As for Hamilton, I doubt it gets a team. But I feel bad for Ontario, cause they're begging for a real franchise.

Atlanta probably goes to Quebec City to bring back the damn NoDicks.

Quebec City won't get a team. The NHL isn't going to move a team to what would be the smallest market and smallest arena in the league regardless of whether the city had a team before.

Winnipeg's the only option in Canada.

Quebec City metro area is bigger than the Winnipeg metro area and Colisée Pepsi holds 161 more people than MTS Centre.

The only argument is because there are a ton of Canadiens fans in Quebec that a team in Quebec City wouldn't garner fan interest and since there is no team in Manitoba they would have more fan support. That I could buy.
