no actually he does. it's just that when things go wrong you have people coming out of nowhere like kobe is killing our team or something. it's classic overreaction and nothing more.
Only on realgm is 27,000 points, 5 rings, 1 rs mvp and 2 finals mvp considered overrated!

I didn't watch the game yesterday, but in general, Kobe does what he does because he wants to make an impact on the game by scoring. Even if he struggles on his shooting he will continue trying difficult shots. That is not doing everything the team needs.

Let me set this straight - it wasn't Kobe's wild shooting that made us lose the game yesterday. It was the general lack of effort, the defensive breakdowns and the inability to clear the glass. That said, Kobe and the other perimeter guys (namely, Fish and Ron) have to feed the bigs. The triangle works inside-out. I don't care who ultimately takes the shot, as long as the ball gets inside first. Playing pick and roll for Kobe's 3 pointer is not a good offensive solution, especially given the fact that he is shooting 32% from beyond the line.

Health, shot selection/decision making, defense (which imo is his most noticeable decline) and playmaking. Its going to get interesting what happens to those qualities after Phil retries from the Lakers.

Improve his open court game.

Really is amazing that hes put the stats he has considering most of his production seems to come in the half court against set defenses.
