Why does Bosh always do well against us?
Seems like going into the game yesterday, our size was our biggest advantage. They obviously out-rebounded us badly, and Bosh had another great game. I haven't watched every Heat game this year, but it seems like Bosh has been a disappointment for them. I've seen Gasol handle a boat-load of power forwards, and the Gasol/Bynum combination has been killer against most teams, but don't really understand why he has problems with Bosh, who's knock is that he's soft. Defense, size and rebounding is our bread and butter. Not sure why it doesn't/didn't (yet) work against the Heat.

Because Pau goes back into European-wuss mode!
It is very frustrating, Odom does a better job on him than Pau.
I'd love to see Pau, move-his-feet and try to get more Offensive rebounds, not just the Tip-ins and the ones that bounce his way.
Also why can't he play defense on small guards who drive to the basket?
It's just one game and the Lakers lost BOTH games to Orlando, the year the Lakers killed them in the Finals, so I am not that worried...

by always you must mean two games, cause bynum used to regularly eat him up when they actually let him guard bosh in TOR, since it was easier for pau to guard barg.

You're right. Should have worded it differently. It just seems like he always has problems with him.

Bynum, Gasol and LO need to watch more film. Bosh's moves aren't a mystery.

Gasol turns "soft"?

Bosh did well... No question.
But if you watched his interviews during and after the game, Bosh was completely gassed. I think he just gave everything he had in those games. Every player has at least one team they just elevate their game for. Unfortunately that's usually the Lakers for all of them.
I don't want to minimize Bosh's game but I just don't think he could maintain that level of effort in a series.
The bigger concern is can our wings defend Le Bron and Wade in a series? I think we need either Brown or Blake to gaurd Wade... If they can't, we might need to find someone who can.
Anybody think Barnes is quick enough to stay in front of Wade?
All of this is just a mental excersise... I still don't think Miami gets by Boston or Orlando... Maybe not even Chicago at this point.
