I think he's going to be a much more dynamic offensive player, in large part because his handles are already better than Russell's.

Im going to speculate that BRuss' peak will be more impressive than Hayward's peak...

Wesley Matthews reminded me a lot of B-Russ.

I don't see the similarities with Hayward. Their games seem very different to me.

Yeah, aside from them both being good defenders, there's not necessarily a lot in common. Gordon's going to be a lot better at creating his own shot and setting up teammates when it's all said and done, in my view.

I'm dreading the 2023 Finals, when Derrick Rose will shove Hayward in the ass and swish a championship-winning jumper.

I'm talking more about his role on the team. A solid starter that guard's the opposing teams best wing player and can occasionally go off for 20-30 points. Not a superstar but a great player to have on your team. In terms of playing style, nothing comes to mind when I watch him play. I do hope he can pick up on AK's passing ability.

I see where you're going now. I foresee him being even more of a glue guy than Russell, but that take makes sense. Kid's so god damn smart, is a hard worker, and has good (if not elite) athleticism. I hope and am fairly optimistic he'll stick around if/when he develops.
