I saw that too.

Beats are new, so any that have to be refurbed already I wouldn't touch. The savings are only minor compared to the possible effects of a bad one.

Me personally, I'd wait a couple of Months and then when Prices drop around a Holiday and you have more $$$s you can rock the real legit sh*t.

But it's your call.

We should change the thread title. I dont understand why its labeled x rated. Im afraid my fiance is going to see it open one day and it cause a problem lol. I dont read the community thread too much, but its a stickied topic. Her eyes will only see "x rated" and nothing else.

Not a huge deal though, maybe R rated? or just NSFW?

Talks between the NFL and the NFLPA on a new collective bargaining agreement broke down just hours before Friday night's deadline.

The union decertified with players such as Tom Brady and Peyton Manning suing the league.

The league said it hadn't decided whether to lock out the players, who went to court to request an injunction to block such a move.

"The parties have not achieved an overall agreement, nor have they been able to resolve the strongly held competing positions that separated them on core issues," said federal mediator George Cohen, who took part in 16 days of negotiations.

"No useful purpose would be served by requesting the parties to continue the mediation process at this time."

By dissolving and announcing it no longer represents the players in collective bargaining, the NFL Players Association cleared the way for class-action lawsuits against the NFL.

Could there still be a season this year if the lockpout stretched to the summer? That would mean NFL would start maybe October-Novermber leaving the SB in mid-late March meaning the NBA could lose money if they're both on consistently.
