I'd rather think of them as an elite team--cause that would be sweet if that's who we're beating right now.

The Knicks are closer to a lottery/8th seed in the East than they are an "elite" team. Even the most devoted Knicks fans know this.

Are most of them whiny, fickle and obnoxious? Well that I'm not going to argue.

I was a little harsh..I apologize...all teams have posters like some I was commenting on....but I won't back down saying I think NY got hosed in the trade, gave away too much. I've always said Melo was overrated, one of the biggest producers of empty stats in the league. Amare is a star on the offensive end...and while he may not be showing it yet, I still think Billups can help you a lot...you definitely could use a decent defensive five from what I've seen...but your situation isn't terrible--but IMO you've got to accept that Melo is really only a second option, not a guy who can lead you to a title...

I don't think any rational posters on the Knick board thinks we're elite. Don't make stuff up.

Yea its cool...like 50-60% of us didnt like the trade either...it is what it is though.

Someone else said this once about the trade..the high got higher, but the low got lower due to lack of center, depth and role players (and a rookie at sg imo), so when we suck...we suck hard..
