Someone needs to send this thread to MJ's email or tweet it to him. He'd call up UAF and put it on tape

Dear God, with all due respect to MJ, he would get destroyed if I played him right now at 50. I would get arrested for senior citizen abuse at this point. I would probably even stick out my tongue as I'm dunking on his head just to rub it in.

And I meant the video I linked. Jordan goes up in isos against prime athletic Richard Jefferson and is abusing him. And you really believe you can beat MJ at 40?

an unbiased fan has shown exactly how unbiased he is during any kobe vs lebron argument. Now both he and kobe are better than MJ.

That would explain why he can't answer who'd win between the two. And why they're the same age.

:o

Unbiased Fan FTL. If your not a known commodity, you just look like a jackass when you say you could beat MJ in ANY of his playing days 1 on 1. Injuries or not you can't be taken seriously right now.

edit: 1:17 in that video is very sweet too.

What is this video supposed to show? All I see is an old MJ messing around in a Bobcats practice. He looks really slow, and there is no real action going on. Not to mention that the video is edited to only show MJ making a shot for the story.

Ok answer this. How are you ever going to stop MJ offensively. He was bigger than you, stronger than you, more savvy than you and had an unstoppable mid range and post game. How do you defend the wizard MJ?

MJ wasn't stronger than me at 40. He did have the height advantage, but I had the quickness edge. His post game would be the biggest threat, but it had dropped off a bit by the time he hit 40.

This would be the battle for the ages. 8-)

Whether it's hyping up Kobe Bryant, or talking about beating Michael Jordan in a game of basketball, I can't tell if you're being serious or if you're trolling, ever. Bravo, sir.

Jordan was most CERTAINLY stronger than you at 40. Dude was in NBA shape and had been lifting and working with the best personal trainers in the world for 15 years at that point. A man's strength peaks in his mid-late 30's, not his early-mid 20's (in contrast with speed/quickness, which peaks mid-20's).

I don't think it's a stretch to say that he could possibly be stronger than MJ in terms of raw strength. But probably not without being too bulky or heavy, and if he was, there is no way he'd be quick enough to stay with him.

Yea unless he's an elite NFL like prospect, its unlikely to be both quicker AND stronger than MJ. Its one or the other.
