Nice to see Luke Harangody getting a chance to play. I think he'll end up being a steal for the Cavs.

I don't think neither teams are trying hard. The vibe of this game is so relaxed and straightforward. I think once the Kings decide to be serious, they can put away the Cavs in the second half.

We need to bury this team ASAP. Even without Tyreke, we have no business losing to these guys especially with them missing Baron Davis. This is crap.

Totally agree. There was alot of no calls in this game against the kings, which hurts when there were some phantam calls against the kings.

But overall, awesome game :roll:

The Cavs got the ball deep in the paint a ridiculous amount of times. The defense was so bad this game. Sure there were some phantom fouls, but you can't let a team get that deep that often. Don't be fooled by the score--if the Cavs didn't miss 11 free throws this wouldn't have been close as it looked.

Also as I mentioned above, bench play was non-existant. Thompson had one of the worst games I've ever seen him play.

Cousins's passing and rebounding was phenomenal, and he shouldn't have gotten called for at least two of his fouls. But his shot selection was not good tonight.

Thornton was great; don't let the box score fool you. He took three end of quarter heaves and some stuff at the end of shot clocks; no fault of his own.

Scary and interesting stat they showed on the broadcast. We have 22 losses when we've led in the fourth quarter. 22. It goes without saying that that is number one in the league (next is 16 losses by Indiana I believe). But if you just think about that for a little...if we won all of those, which of course is unrealistic because everyone loses sometimes when they're up in the fourth, but just suppose we did--we'd be 38-27 right now which is a percentage equivalent to a 48 win season. I remember hearing OKC had a similar stat the year before they turned it around and went from 23 wins to 50 wins. If we have a healthy Tyreke and another great draft pick, I think we can be above .500 next year and maybe even have an OKC type of turnaround.

True. I think his defense alone might have made a difference in a game like this. I can't wait for him and Thornton to play together.

Yeah, the team's defense suffered without Evans. If I remember correctly, the Kings were #16 in DefRtg but right now they are like #21 or #22.

I really think the pairing of Evans and Thornton will work.
