No you are wrong. Very wrong.
My apologies. You had quoted another poster who had said that, although you did agree that Barnes should go #1 at that time (post below).

Unless Barnes blows out a knee, you take him number 1 100 times out of 100. It's nice to know Irving is there, because he's a franchise player in waiting imo. But it's Barnes and everyone else. His intangibles are incredible. He's big, strong, skilled, and a great kid. Nice for us also because he is definitely a 3.
The best prospect since LeBron. Going to be awesome to watch Duke-UNC this year.
Perry Jones reminds me of Rudy Gay. Size, talent, athleticism, but questions about heart and ability to win. As long as we get one of the top 2 picks (Barnes, Irving), I'm happy. Not interested in Brandon Knight at all. And Josh Selby is intriguing but Keyon Dooling looked like that coming out as well.
Your response:
Harrison Barnes is without a doubt the jewel piece in this up coming draft, he can do so many things well from what I've seen. If we are in position to draft him 1st overall you have to take him no questions asked. I somehow doubt we will get the number overall pick so i'm not getting my hopes up too high, granted even obtaining a top 3 seems far fetched. I don't think we will lose if we obtain a top 5 pick there are tons of talented players out there and if we can get one of them it will go a long way to making this team formidable.
The reason I have my sights set on a pg is strictly because there are a ton of them and almost every NBA team has that position locked down. Kyrie Irving is a natural playmaker who will make guys like Weems DeRozan, Bargnani, Davis and Weems LETHAL he has that kind of skill when it comes to breaking a man down and finding a slasher. You surround a PG like him with Athletes and you have the making of a very exciting team for years to come.
Question? where did I say he was the best prospect since Lebron? Oh that's right I didn't the other guy did.
