I think we get our butts kicked in royal fashion tonight. Ugly from the beginning. And with this forecast, if we end up playing well and hanging in there or even pulling an upset, I can be pleasantly surprised.

Just would be happy to see a solid game from DJ A., TT, Hendo and DJ White. If the young core of this team plays well, then even if we lose, we can get something positive out of it.

I don't see this one going well for us. If we can't even keep it close with the Rockets, no way we keep it close in OKC on a Friday night. The best we can hope for is that we see good progress from our young guys. I do think that DJW will have a big game against his former team...a bigger game than Nazr will against us. Only way we stand a chance is if DJ, Hendo, Jack, and one of TT, DJW, or Diaw are all playing there absolute best. Then of course we would still need contributions from others and solid defense.

Honestly loosing this by less than 10 might have to be considered a plus...but were still only .5 game out and this is not a game we MUST win to make it.

oh look, another loss.

Durant and Westbrook will lit us up from all over the court. There's no one on this roster who can guard these two. Both are matchup nightmares for DJ an Jax.

Uh...Henderson? Maybe you've heard of him. He is MORE than capable of guarding Westbrook.

Hendo should guard westbrook and Tyrus should guard Durant. If Durant and Westbrook were the only plays on the floor, that's what I would do on defense.

well, there's also Harden, who can easily drop 20+ ppg.

if Tyrus has to guard Durant he will be fouled out by halftime

Henderson has been better than Harden these year since Hendo started getting minutes. AKA Silas era. So while Harden could easily drop 20, you would have to say Hendo has just as good a chance. In fact Hendo is actually outscoring Hardin since he started to get the minutes Harden is getting. Plus Hendo plays defense...Harden doesnt.

whoa, hold on there. you know I love Henderson but Harden is on a whole different level talent-wise. He would easily average 20+/5/5 if wouldn't have to share the ball with Westbrook and Durant. Harden **** on Hendo in every aspect of the game, apart from defense.

Hendo did outplay Harden when they went head to head in the summer league, Harden is just on a better team, and when hes on the floor he doesn't recieve the attention hendo does, mainly because bobcats suck so much.

Except for when he has played Hendo head to head...because Hendo has always had the advtange. We'll see. But I think I would take Hendo over Harden if I was doing that draft over again. I also think Hendo would be a much better fit on that Thunder team if they were to do it again. They could play Hendo at starting SG instead of Thabo and not have to worry about getting no defense.

I think your EXTREMELY over-valueing Harden. He is a nice player, but in nearly the same minutes as Hendo, Hendo is out playing him in most catagories. Plus Hardens defense is borderline bad.

i know we all love hendo these days and saying hendo > derozan is something that we can say and at least not look like ridiculous homers. but saying hendo > harden is a bit of a stretch to put it politely. if harden was on the bobcats right now instead of hendo, harden would be putting up better numbers for sure.

My point is that Hendo can easily match anything Harden does. There's just as much chance Hendo scores 20 as there is Harden scores 20. In large part it may be due to the situations, but my point is that in the current situations Hendo is the better player. Now you put Harden on the bobcats and make him the go to player, he may surpass Hendo. But I still don't see him averaging 20/5/5. I think that's a bit of a stretch.

LMAO....come on we all love Hendo, but if you would do the draft over again and you select Hendo over Harden, good luck sucking for the next 5-6 years.

LIke i said, given there current situation. You can't take parts of it and turn it into what you want, you have to take all of it. The Thunder use Thabo starting because of his defense, if you could tell them they could have just as good of a defender and a capable scorer along with that, i'm sure they would take that over Harden. It's all different in the situations. SINCE Harden will never be the man or anything close to it in OKC, Hendo would be the more effective option. That's not necessarily the case here however because Harden could be the man.

at least indiana is playing Chicago tonight...so were likely to remain .5 games out. Amazing how this is turning out.

It won't last. Chicago will come back and Indiana will fade.

Does anyone think that OKC with a healthy Nate Robinson and Kendrick Perkins can be considered as a legit contender for a championship?
