Lebron goes 6 for 6 in the 1st quarter. Mike Bibby get a nice ovation from the home crowd. Marvin's jumper is on for this quarter. Heat lead 25-21. Next quarter i hope the Hawks rotate the ball a little bit more for we are getting some good looks.

Looks like Teague will not be getting any burn tonight.

Lebron aint missed yet. Hawks down by 13 at the half. Heat are shooting at about a 70% clip tonight. Kinda hard to win a basketball game when the opposition is making damn near every shot. Havent seen Teague come on the floor all game. Guess its back to reality. Damien Wilkins got a "no respect" tech in the 2nd quarter. Just had to add that info in the thread. Lets go Hawks.

I missed most of the first half due to work, but what an ugly game at the moment, and it looks like it was no different during the first half.

No technical foul on Lebron for running his mouth like that to the refs?

Who is to blame for the lackluster performance the hawks are having the last 15 games? Larry Drew, Josh Smith, Joe Johnson???

This motion offense clearly isn't working. If somebody at the beginning of the season would tell the Hawks would have trouble scoring 90 points a game I would laugh at them. We run these dumb sets and the shot clock is at 6 by the time we decide to shoot... so we force a dumb contested jumper.

I know Mike Woodson is sitting on his tale at home and laughing his ass off.

Do you guys think Larry Drew is coming back this off-season? I think he is as good as gone. He has terrible substitution patterns. There is no point starting Twin... he is garbage. Put Josh on Bosh. Josh always destory Bosh... look at last season's stats between the two. Don't put Josh on Lebron... Josh can't keep up. Josh at the 3 means josh is shooting jumpers. Put Marvin or Wilkins on Lebron. Play a flipping point guard at all times. I don't wanna see Jamal at point. Run Joe and Jamal off screens like Rip and Ray Allen do. Run pick and Roll with Joe and Al/Josh... Josh never rolls, he just stays out on the perimeter like a dumbass.

Lockout this off-season. As such I would be surprised with a coaching change. I can't blame the motion offense because I'm not sure who's actually running it or for how long. Is it part of the motion offense to have Josh standing at the 3 pt line and not move? I'm not sure if the players are sticking with any specific game plan. To me Drew has no authority over the core players and he overcompensates for this in his treatment of the rest of the roster.

Bitter over the result, but we can get one back against Detroit on Sunday.

If the Hawks get put out the first round of the playoffs, Drew is outta here. No way he is brought back. I still cant believe he's the head coach, can they fire him right now?! It sucks being a Hawks fan right now.

I don't think it's the coach but the players HAVE given up hope -- and that'll get a coach fired.

Missed the game (busy with taxes, forgot about the game), glad I did.

Looks like Teague enjoyed playing Chalmers and Bibby (Hey! Gotta find something positive, right?)
My mother told me, she said, "Elwood, to make it in this world you either have to be oh, so clever or oh, so pleasant." Well, for years I was clever; I recommend pleasant.

L. Drew has terrible line-up schemes... it's not even funny. Those of you who think the Hawks shouldn't trade J. Smith must be out of your mind. HE just sucks...
GO HAWKS.

I signed-on twitter for the first time today in probably a year (never really cared for it) and I noticed someone from the Hawks said Mike Bibby was calling out our plays while he sat on the bench.

Amazing how Teague put up 13 points and 6 assists in the garbage time he got.

Hasn't he been putting up stats like that everytime during garbagetime lately? I've read it before the last few games iirc.

He's been producing when he gets a chance, during garbage time and during regular game play. He's the best pg on the team, unfortunately the coach doesn't recognize this.
