Marion playing at a high level, he probably will start the 2nd half because RC likes screwing with peoples heads

Brewer and Stevenson will probably see no court time at all in the 2nd half, unless its a blowout

No one is defending the Spurs backcourt because the Mavs backcourt has no defenders lol.

Marion & DIRK are rebounding well and playing well offensively. Mavs need to feed them the ball and run their offense through them.

terryble shooting. but i like to see JET&Marion and JET&Dirk.

He should focus on PG role and try less FG.

Also, Mavs have 11 turnovers and the Spurs only have 1.

Dallas needs to take better care of the ball, namely Jason Terryable and Barea.

Jet can't be a PG. All he cares about is chucking and plus he isn't that great of a ball handler, either.

Man I hate the fact that rc likes jet soo much that he'll leave him in the game even though he's 1-8. I guess he likes players who just shoot and play no D.

Hey JET, I've always defended you, but you're 1-8 from the field, the SA guards are torching us, and you're walking off the court smiling and trying to pump the crowd up?! Really?! You should have a scowl on your face for your crappy first half play. Wrong attitude, dude. The SA backcourt never wastes time trying to rev up the fans, they just come out to kick your ass from the 1st second to the final buzzer. Try that.

i am not saying he becomes a starting PG. Backup PG.
Check backup PG in Championship teams in decades and please explain me how worse JET is than others. And how many backup PG cam be called as true PG. Who is dribbler? Who is assist machine? I bet all good backup PG are productive. Check.

I dont get how RC plays Brewer 17 mins vs New York last week, and then 13 total mins since...its gotta kill the guys confidence.

Then starting him the other day vs Golden State to get benched after 5 mins...how is that supposed to be incorpoarting a guy into the team flow 13 games from the Playoffs?

Stevenson starting 2nd half...wow

Well, skillwise he's better than backup PGs in the league, but he just isn't the guy you want running your offense. He's a score first player and not a facilitator. Just doesn't suit his style of play.

How do Marion, Terry, and Beaubois all have more FGAs than DIRK?

Something is wrong here.

Mavs backcourt can't play defense and they can't handle the ball. Way too many turnovers.

Wouldn't mind a top 25 scorer in NBA history touching the ball every once in a while on offense

Stevenson has done nothing, have Kidd, Brewer, Marion, Dirk and Haywood for 5 mins = better defense

Return to Dallas Mavericks
