Denver's might be a little better but they also gave up more too.

Both teams got good deals. Both teams played hard.

I can't believe the number of homers in this topic.
Denver got the better deal and it's not even close.

I think you are wrong.
Denver got Felton, Gallinari, Chandler, & Mozgov and two second round picks.
Felton is an average gaurd, but nothing to write home about. Gallinari is still inconsistent and unproven but probably the best piece and could be real good. Chandler is most likely a rental as his contract expires this year and Mozgov, well no comment required. Those picks they guard are more than likely worthless.
Jazz got Harris who gets the job done. I put him at about where Felton is, maybe it will get better as he has more time in our system, but he still does a decent job. Now Favors is a big part where this deal killed Denvers. He would be the #1 pick this year in the draft if he had stayed in college another year. He has already shown what he is capable of and I will see you in about five years when he is an all-star. Jazz also got two first round picks. The one this year will be top six. Next year it will be decent too.
So no, it wasn't without question better for Denver. I think it was better for the Jazz. We avoided a year of drama and we gave up one player. They gave up Melo and a great guard in Billups.

Denver received a first rounder from New Yorks as well.
