AZ and Texas both played great games, shame either one of them had to lose. The refs were atrocious all game. Fortunately, they were equally as atrocious for both sides.
As for the five second call, they said you cant call a time out with 4 seconds left, at that point you need to throw it in. The stuff at the end was definitely not a foul though (the stuff that happened before the clock ran out atleast).

i cant even begin to explain how crazy/incredible that ending was. you need to see the video of it.

BRING ON DUKE!
(I cant believe Duke is playing in enemy territory in March. A home game for us, no less!)

Relax the Pitts ending was much more shocking.

i'm a diehard Arizona fan so... it was to me.

Youngblood, thats what they were saying on the postgame. Rick Barnes presser is on now
http://www.ncaa.com/liveschedule
and all he is doing is complaining about the refs so far.

That makes no sense to me. I would assume that a 5 second rule would mean you have the full 5 seconds to make an inbound pass or call a timeout. Oh well...

I am not saying it is not there but I can't find it in the NCAA rules that you can not call TO.

Sean Miller praising tristan thompson in the presser. Saying how he was the key to the game.

if you are going to call a timeout after 4 seconds, you have to tell the refs in advance. Otherwise, you have to inbound the ball.

The play has been broken down 100 times already by every tv crew and they've all said the exact same thing.

Find it in the rules book. Listening to fools who get so much wrong is not good enough for me.

I still blame Hamilton for this loss regardless. He takes too many shots and committed a terrible foul at the end. Worse case scenario even after the TO drama should have been OT. I sort of want him to declare for the draft so he does not kill the team again next year.

My earlier tweet was incorrect. A player can call a time out up until the ref counts to five. Rule changed several years ago. Apologies.

That was the same ref from that St john's/Rutgers game right? Why is he still officiating important games?

I have no idea why they can't implement an actual visual clock anyway. The whole 5 count thing is subjective and b.s. Texas got screwed, but they had a chance to get the final shot and Brown took a terrible angle and wasted too much time.

Williams got locked down by Thompson, so I feel proud of a fellow Canadian.

This whole tournament and some of the conference tournaments have had some terrible officiating screwups. The NCAA badly needs replay technology, a charge circle, and some new officiating blood.

there's a lot of players I would take before considering Knight. He just hasn't shown enough as a PG, and his scoring is good, but not great. At 5, I think there's simply better options.

Considering Dwill, Kyrie, barnes gone, i think the best pick is arguably brandon wright. Terrence Jones will be available but I don`t think he will be a game changer. Raptors don`t have that game changing player. There are very few in this draft that I see has that winning game changing quality and I see that in Brandon Wright. I see him as an Allen Iverson with less scoring but passing the ball more.
I just don`t trust Jerryd Bayless. I loved him coming out of college but he is nowhere near what I expected him to play so maybe we should start considering a PG that will run this team.
