You'd think that wigwam Measley is sporting would've protected his head as it bounced off the court anyways.

You wouldn't be saying that if Pekovic nailed Kobe while in midair and caused him injury.

Not saying Beasley was injured but he was shaken up and had to leave the game as a result.

Eh, we hard double-teamed him all night. Truthfully, you can shutdown any big with hard-double teams. It's how David Lee was able to "shut down" Dwight.

It's just a matter of whether you can afford to live with the double, and since most teams don't have a Kobe Bryant and Dwight and Aldridge's teams themselves don't, it's easy to contain them.

****, Kobe has been hit midair w/o even getting the call -- right in front of the crooked zebras who are trying to teach him a lesson for telling one of them to F himself earlier this year. Talk trash, pay the price, rite???

One game + ejection.
Should have come on Sat. It doesn't take Friday night, an all day Saturday to review a 10 sec play.

i think the fact it happened in the 4th quarter, game nearly over that they decided to give him another game. bynum doesn't (usually) play down the stretch anyway, his night was just about done

if he had been ejected in the first three quarters, a one game suspension probably would've happened instead of a two game suspension

It shows you don't know how bad Portland is in Staples, they don't win in our building that often.

Forget where they play...portland cannot figure out how to beat the lakers to save their lives! They could have the lakers down by 8 in 4th with 2 mins left and i would still bet money portland loses...heartless!

stupid retaliation play by bunum after beasely went over his back for a dunk. but for some reason there's a positive for the lakers. bynum sitting out a couple games would help him recover.
