Melo 7-14 in the 1st half, 0-3 in the 2nd half. Why only 3 shots? I started watching the Nuggets game at halftime of the Knicks game, but I did manage to flip it back to the Knicks game in time to watch Rondo TKO him.

the 3 shots he took were really bad and he was in foul trouble the whole game.

D'Antoni is trying to make him a player that he's not instead of playing to his strength...

He can take some bad shots, but he still needs to take more then 3 in a half to be effective.

:)

Now just bench all the starters and make the gameplan for the next game.

Good call, Lawsome, Nene, and Gallo got the team going early and the team has been on cruise control since.

jr had an entire 4th quarter of garbage time as the primary ball handler to get just 2 assists for his first triple double. game got sloppy and nobody hit shots though. i was rooting for him.

I wanted Koufos to get a bucket, but he was crashing the boards pretty well in garbage time.

That was fun, the next game won't be so easy.

^^ :)

But WOW JR almost got a triple double, that's why in the end he was trying to set up the bigs but they couldn't make a shot lol :D

nene with 7 boards in 23 minutes is good... he needs to pursue the double double every game...

Btw, everyone rebounded well for the nugs, lawson and harrington leading the team in ORebs

Harrington with a 15-6-6 game...

Great game to build confidence. Next game is OKC, right?

yeh, that's my point. Amare can take all the bad shot he wants but if melo miss one of his "one dribble long-2" then he wont run plays (basically ISOs)for Anthony again, so he have to stay in the corner ready to chuck 3s and even tho melo can get hot from 3 he's not a spot up shooter, never was.

He needs his 20 FGA no matter what.going 5-20 or 13-20 he needs to take his shots.

D'Antoni will end up killing Anthony's confidence for the season.

Popovich is playing with fire. He should bench the big 3 for the rest of the season.

Btw, I think nene plays better being guarded by duncan rather than being guarded by that fat short PG that plays Center for the spurs... Forgot his name.

The thing is that he always get in foul trouble against the spurs but since Denver's D is not a joke anymore he wont have to try to stop every time parker's and ginobli's penetrations.

Pop may gone onto a idle mode as playoff nears.

Really liked the big starting line up.

As bad as Harrington has been lately I gotta give him some props for last night. It's nice not to loose the grip on a game once the bench comes in.

Like I said before, I'm not a Denver fan, but happy for you guys. Nice win last night.
