Anyways, here is an interesting snippit from Adam McCalvy, Brewers Beat Writer for MLB.com:Two questions: Is the relationship with Jose Capellan too far gone that he is not an option to be called back up? And what's wrong with using Turnbow in the seventh inning with two outs? I know they would like him in the eighth inning, but if there's a fire burning in the seventh, it seems like a good place to use him, especially when Matt Wise isn't available.

If the relationship with Capellan was so strained that the Brewers would not consider promoting him, they would have traded him already. I predicted that he will be back by the end of May, and I'm sticking to that.
The Turnbow question was a good one. Look back at his day-by-day logs throughout his Brewers tenure, and you'll see that he is way more effective in single-inning stints. But Yost did say during the last homestand that he would use Turnbow in the seventh if the situation called for it. We just have not seen it happen yet.
That was the point i made a couple of weeks ago.
