Oh well. There goes his ESPN gig. The same thing happened to Ray Buchannan. He did a football segment on first and 10 with Lomas Brown until he got pulled over for what I believe was D.U.I., and he never appeared on ESPN again. It's a shame because Jalen was one of the few non-anti Knick commentators on ESPN. And if he said something dis-agreeable about the Knicks it was an unbiased opinion.

He wasn't charged with DUI. He was charged with DWB!

Thank you, but I'll wait for the blood alcohol results to come back before I judge. Black men in nice automobiles get stopped for illegal reasons all the time. It's called "Driving While Black."

Assuming Jalen was driving under the influence, then I'm disappointed and glad no one was injured. That, however, does not negate all the good work he's done for underprivileged children through his charter school. I was very impressed with him in the ESPN sports doc on The Fab Five.

If Jalen is having a problem with alcohol, I hope he gets the help he needs.

i kind of like jalen. when it comes to the nba he knowledge isnt too bad and i really didnt think of him as a really big knick hater.

Why didn't he take the breathalyzer test then? He refused it. Must have had something to hide.

Anyone who drives and drinks is scum. You not only endanger your own life, but you endanger the lives of anyone else out on the road.

1. Take Notes on
2. Browse the Web
3. Read Books
4. Play Angry Birds

Quite frankly, 2.2, 3.0, and iOS do all four relatively well. Don't get me wrong, when I get my devices, I play around with them to the max (jailbreaking, rooting, customizing etc), but after about a month I revert to doing the top 4 over and over again. A NC is a tablet because it does all those things at a proficient level.

I hated Rose as a player, but he's kind of grown on me as an analyst. When I compare him to other clowns on ESPN..he is pretty good. He'll probably be out of that gig now though.

I'd like to see ESPN do the right thing and stick by him. He's not a bad person. IF he just made a mistake or even IF he has a drinking problem, ESPN should give him some time off, help him get help and give him a second chance. Then, if he F's up, it's on him.

ESPN won't let him stay. They already have a history of guys getting pinched. They had the child porn guy and alot of DWI people. Plus they're Disney and any little smudge Disney encounters they wipe it clean.

He's played for 6 teams in 5 years (ATL, SAC, MIN, BOS, DEN, NYK). I think he's fed up with updating everyone what team he's on.

And I find it funny that he moves around from team to team.... since his nickname's the Landlord.
