Seconds before the melee broke out I was coming over here to tell you guys again Dirk is the truth & he absolutely took Gasol to school in the 3rd quarter. I thought it was going to be a barn burner coming down the stretch.

The only thing that makes the loss even worse is listening to Chris Webber that guy sucks on so many levels

I think from out last games we know Haywood is much better defending Bynum than Chandler as Chandler is better against Gasol. Rick did not have the right personel on the court at the same time. And having Kidd guard Kobe instead of Marion was pretty dumb too.

That was the other thing i couldn't figure out. Why the heck was Marion on the bench for so long and thus Kidd having to guard Kobe...strange decision by Carlise.

That's just Carlisle for you. I have no idea why he does that. But its the same bullsh** errors every single night.

No, it was graduale. I just never said it. I like how he can have 10 DNPs and then come in and do his job as if he was a regular. I like how after the games, he goes to the locker room and lift weights before showering. I like how he does not jack stupid shots, takes charges and gets under the skin of the guy he defends. I thought he was a wasted roster spot at the beginning of the year and now I like him more than Najera. Still vet min type guy, but I no longer think he is a wasted roster spot.

It will be one of the most anticipated series if they meet in the 2nd round. A war for sure!

Listen to CWebb after the game. He's so jealous of Dirk, and bitter Dirks CLEARLY gonna go do significantly ahead of him legacy wise. He can't stand it, it burns at him. Any time he can take a shot he does. He's pathetic.

How's Dirk knee caps taste CWebb? Cuz thats where you are. Loser.

Joe Crawford/Lakers fan would have called touch fouls on Marion also...the Lakers where getting ALOT of love from the refs but the Mavs should have not loss by 28...I wouldn't have been as mad if they would have loss by 10 or 5 but 28 come on now.

Looking at the box Bynum who is a beast I'll grant you, got away with numerous travels tonight... Didn't get called for one foul. That's ridiculous.

The Mavs would have lost this game either way, but with the exception of Fisher getting some touch fouls in the 3rd the Mavs were bent over with no lube in this game by the refs.

DIRK was the best player on the floor tonight out of both teams. That includes Kobe & Bynum.

So I paid 200 bucks to watch that crap. Awesome. And hurray for our second option/closer Jason JETLAG Terryble. I can't believe some people still didn't believe me when I say we would be better off without Terry. He's gonna be suspended next game, watch the Mavs play some beautiful basketball then.

He shouldn't be suspended for that. In fact a flagerent 2 was kinda silly too, but since Matt Barnes is trash he had to go too. I still don't know what Haywood did, but whatever.

In other news I'm going to opening day manana . From dealing with Laker fans to Red Sox fans, SMH. I assume most Laker fans are Yankee fans so at least they'll be different people.

In the 4thQ, HC chose Offence over Defence against the champion team. He kept Barea, then this game was over only in that 4min. Carlisle made many terrible matchups especially while Kidd played. Tonight I think HC is the big factor for this loss.

It sucks we lost, but atleast you saw the Mavs play the Lakers in LA. THAT would be cool.

Just to clarify, I think JET will be suspended, but I don't really think he should. That shove he did happens all the time. Matt Barnes is just trash.

I was wearing a Dirk jersey tonight, surprised I didn't get stabbed or anything by the Lakers fans, with them being all classless like that. Lakers has got to be one the worst in sports.

Yes he will be suspended. I think this might be a blessing in disguise so Carlisle can have a look how the team plays without Terry jacking up his usual 25% FG.

I like to see JET trying less shot(9FGA in 28min) and "Roddy+Barea" as the 2nd option(16FGA in 35min).This is what Mavs need.

You can blame not only JET but also Kidd and Roddy on offence.
But you should apreciate LAL great defence and blame Mavs poor defence. Not only offence.

Dude I don't even know abt the first round. I would be scared sh**less if we played the blazers in the first round. They have length and size to matchup against us. Lemarcus Aldridge is playing out of his mind right now. The rose garden is always crunk and gives mavs fits. So I'm not sure abt the first rd.

And abt this game.. ill only be happy if terry gets suspended and roddy takes adv of this, and if the lakers can catch the spurs for the first seed then this loss was worth it. I hope la can actually help out the mavs by making this incredible run and taking the number one spot.

I'm on record wanting to play the Blazers so I can laugh at the fools like CWebb that think they'd beat us in a series after we beat Portland in 5, 6 games tops. On record. Hope we don't play NOrleans cuz I don't wanna hear about West injury.
