There is just a far more popular Cavs message board that would actually dwarf the Raptors board of realgm.

Thanks for all the kind words everyone.

What board would that be?

it's called realcavsfans

I actually prefer it over her although the volume of trolling is so high.

I don't think its a good idea to advertise a cometing site here. With a little effort on Google it will be real easy to find.

This has never been a busy Cavs board like it is with the Knicks and Toronto here on realgm. It's just a few of us that have stuck around here for a long time. If you want to see what a real cavs forum looks like go to realcavsfans.com where there are like 1000 people online at any given time. I never signed up there myself as I only have time for one place and prefer a small community like this, plus I like to post about general basketball stuff and not just talk about the Cavs all of the time.

I was a pretty good member at RCF, I really enjoyed most of the people there. A few hated me (for obvious reasons) but I wasn't there to troll, just got tired of everyone being one-sided and sucking up on Lakers forums so tried out "enemy territory". Look up my posts I was pretty awesome ;)

Of course when Lebron left, everyone freaked out (only natural). I was banned for hating on Lebron on the day he left. The same thing everyone else was doing, except I'm a Lakers fan so people cried about it.

And does RCF really still have 1000 people online at once ever? Not hating, I seriously would figure the majority of posters would leave, bandwagoners do that kind of ****.

That doesn't even make sense. You were actually banned for saying the same things that everyone else was saying?

Yea, talking **** on Lebron for being disgusting in how he left. But I'm a Lakers fan, and most people got angrier since they were grieving and they said that they didn't need my pity, I didn't need to rub in the obvious, and I can't really feel their pain. So everyone else called Lebron a douche and an **** and I got banned for it.

It sucked because some of the members there I really enjoyed. I was even in a 2K10 league on the site and got to know some of the guys. But I figured I would have left the site anyways because I would have been bored without the Cavs being a great team or having any "Kobe-Lebron rivalry" to talk about.

Lol at my av on there, I changed it after a mod told me not to post on the site anymore, to

Haha. I had 2100 posts wow.

Anyways don't know why I made this thread about me and RCF, my bad

there were games last season where we didn't even have a game thread. also, no game thread last season (when we had one) reached 20 pages and most were probably between 5 and 15 pages. we've never been a very populated board...it's just more apparent now that all of the loudmouth lebron fanboy idiots are gone to the miami board

Anyway...

We played great, the intensity and d was really good, man bosh is weak, he will get eaten alive come playoffs.

Hollins played particually well, parker was hittting shots out of his ass.

I've really been impressed with Baron so far, hes a REALLY good point gaurd, great court vision.

Another thing, how could they give lebron that 3 on half time or 3Q time? (cant remember which one) That was a load of ****.

Yeah to echo the prevailing sentiment, RCF is a much more active Cavs board... I actually very rarely check the Cavs section here because I mostly use realgm for the trades section because I like to try to guage the relative values of players around the league. Yeah RCF pretty much rocks... just ask anyone who was there for the trade deadline this year (or in any year past). This year was epic though because even the new server (which did just fine with last year's Amare Safari) couldn't handle the traffic when the basics of the Baron trade broke.

If I recall correctly, I believe I made every single game thread (including the playoffs) last season.

I agree with what u said about Baron, he truly seems like a floor general out there, and controls the tempo/offense better than any point guard we've had in a long time

You know your having a historically bad season when... out of pity Fans of other teams come in and congratulate you on winning a regular-season game.

No worse than NJ last year. I wouldnt say historically bad in the sense of total wins, but in the sense of the difference between last season and this season. I think the congrats from the other teams fans was more in regard to beating Lecon's current team than that the wins are so rare for this team.
