You guys are like 2-14 against Denver (congratulations), since you moved to that redneck state. Why would any young NBA player want to play in Oklahoma?
The Seattle Sonics will lose in 5 or max 6 games in the first round.
I'm not a Denver fan, just someone who watched the game.

I think Brooks made the right call here. Calling out a guy in the middle of a game by passive aggressively attempting to send a message, doesn't typically work. The way to reach Westbrook and get him to play his best is through showing him respect first and guiding him through internal controls.
Maynor did his job, nothing more.

Throw a little credit to Maynor for this win, too.
Sonictecture: I don't necessarily mean that he should have kept him out there to send a message to Westbrook. Rather, Maynor entered the game down 3 I think, and left with us up 8 or 9. I'm asking at what point is the momentum of your current rotation more important to who typically closes the game? This doesn't have to apply on to OKC either. I don't know enough of the rotations of other teams to know if this is the case or not. Just curious is all.

Let's not feed the trolls.
I also agree that Westbrook should have been put back in. Maynor was great and stepped up, but you don't want to put all your eggs in that basket to close a game.

Kevin Durant and Russell Westbrook seem to be okay with it, I hear they're pretty good, but idk.

Hey slick_watts, I love how my posting is removed for saying anything negative towards seattle yet you allow people to call Oklahoma a redneck state etc without removing it. Double standard much?

There were replies to the post by the time I had seen it. Keep the game thread discussion to the games, please, you've been already advised on how and where to bring up moderating issues.

Come on guys, don't be so thin skinned, you are playing right into the troll's hand, ignore the post and go on with discussing the game. JMO
Now to the game, I really liked are defense but Westbrook was pretty awful offensively, really probably hurt us more than helped. I think he needs to slow down sometimes in the lane and move more side to side instead of just straight runs. Also I still want to see more team ball movement.

It's not about being thick skinned, I can' handle comments about hick state etc. I just don't like the fact that the moderator of this board will ban you and remove any negative comment about Seattle yet allow people to make any negative comment about OKC. This is supposed to be the Oklahoma City Thunder board. You think Utah jazz fans would allow people to post comments about how everybody in Utah is a morman, how much it sucks there etc?

I'm going to ask you politely one more time to please stop derailing threads with this stuff. If you have a problem with the moderating, you can post about it in the Feedback Forum.
