I rather have a lineup of Kidd-Brewer-Marion-DIRK-Haywood/Chandler. Defense is more valuable to this team than offense.

Dirk and Terry in full playoff mode. They really complement each other well. I don't need sarcasm color for that, do I?

Is that a sarcastic reference to Jason Terryble?

**** Terry. Cut him, I'm so tired of this loser. He is doing Roddy mistakes now.

Mavs should stick Brewer on Jarrett Jack. Jack is destroying Jet.

NOH was also 3G lineup. CP3, Jack and Green.

However, i hope Roddy is fine and can play tonight again.

Airballs galore from JET,... I see he is preparing for his post-season disappearance! It takes work to be such a consistent no-show!!!

So what type of injury did Beaubois sustain?

Roddy off the bench = 1/4 FGs and 3 PFs in 5 mins of play.

Terry has been awful = 1/5 in 13 mins

Brewer shot an airball, but hounded Green on defense

Barea playing really well lately

There is no reason why Cardinal should get minutes.

I like DS in the starting 5, sets the defensive tone at tip off, and if he hits a 3 its a bonus.

terryble. hopefully he takes only 5FG. JJB should play more as SG instead of him.

however Mavs team defence is really terrible in April. Carlisle has no answer?

The answer should be Brewer, Stevenson, and JJB. Roddy's time will come, Terry's time should be up.

Because of Lawson injury? Felton will destroy us instead...

Every West team's backcourt will destroy us because the Mavs backcourt doesn't play defense.

I think with DS starting today, coach RC has realised that Roddy is not ready or confident enough for the Playoffs, plus defense wins games.

However, this means that Terry will most likely get 34+ mins off the bench, and Brewer would be Marion backup. Is Roddys injury serious?

I like the move for defensive reasons.

remember 1stQ. I dont think DS is an answer because Mavs need 2nd option. Tonight its JJB and Kidd can guard Berinelli.

Brewer cant guard CP3. Thats why RC used DS as a starter tonight.

however CP3 is not a problem for Mavs, yet. I think CP3 vs Barea would be fine tonight.

If this is the Dirk who shows up in the playoffs, we're going to be out quickly. He seriously looks like he couldn't care less unless he's got the ball in his hands (even then he's made some lazy passes and missed wide-open teammates a couple of times). Defensively, Dirk somehow has a knack for everyone else look bad, as impossible as that seems. He just frustrates the hell out of me when he plays like this.

Granted, guys like JET aren't doing much to help, and the team defense is putrid, but still.

Didn't see first quarter but frankly I rather have no second option than Jason Terry thinking he is a second option.

DS makes a big difference to the starting unit, he plays good D and hits open threes. Good decision by RC to start him.
