The Rockets and Blazers are two teams that will be working No. 3 Nets and No. 4 Wolves to move up in the draft, league sources say.
RealGM Note: DeMarcus Cousins and Derrick Favors are considered to be top-four prospects.
As if those two teams had the assets to trade up to #3 or #4. Other than Roy the Blazers don't have anyone who has that kind of value and the Rockets don't have anyone at all.
