Michael Beasley: "I love Kurt on and off the court...I really don't want Kurt to go anywhere."

If getting rid of Rambis means getting rid of Beasely then so be it.

Rambis HAS TO GO!

Part of me wants Rambis to stick around to see if Rubio really is the savior for the team scheme and system. But in reality I know that even if we do improve with Rubio, or our other new players next year, we won't improve enough to really ever make a statement with Rambis at the helm. That alone points to a coaching change being necessary, otherwise we are just treading water. And treading water as the worst team in the league is a sad, sad, place to be.

It's clear that the players arn't playing for the coach, they haven't bought into the system, they probably don't suit the system, surely someone in the FO relises this and does something about it. Keep Kahn i am a big fan, sure he has made some mishaps but what GM hasn't? And what coach with Rambis' record has gone on to achieve greater things???

Rambis is expected to be fired, but it’s uncertain when the decision will be announced, several league sources told Yahoo! Sports. Rambis is 32-132 in two seasons with the T’wolves, including an NBA-worst 17-65 this season with the league’s youngest team. Minnesota general manager David Kahn declined to talk about Rambis’ future in a news conference on Wednesday, but cited the team’s lack of improvement since All-Star weekend. Yahoo! Sports

One Wolves player told Yahoo! Sports that Rambis’ game plans were often confusing and the coaching staff didn’t seem to be on the same page. Another league source described Rambis’ chances of keeping his job as “slim,” saying the only thing that could save him is if Wolves ownership doesn’t want to eat the remaining money on his contract and hire someone new with a possible lockout approaching.
