Barnes is not the most likeable guy... but he was giving props to TIger, being positive and all. Then someone posted a hate tweet and it goes personal from then on...

But both are entitled to their opinions... just saying, no benefits there for both people.

Meh, having known SDU for a long time that stuff is just tongue in cheek. Perfect example of how it's hard to judge someone from short tidbits they post, especially somewhere they happen to use for their trash talking fun.

How are some of you people talking **** about SDU? That is ridiculous.

People should be tweeting Matt Barnes saying "We don't have short memories, we remember you helping **** up our playoff chances by blowing a wide open inbounds pass."

Doesnt bother me what people think of me

For those who say I'm stupid for antagonizing him - have u ever yelled at a player on the court? How is it different? He tweets because he wants his thoughts to be read - I replied as I have to many NBA players and random strangers - that's the wonder of twitter

All barnes did that made this somehow different is respond.... And to be honest - I actually like that he did - there's too much political correctness with athletes these days

Just to clear things up, not sure on the others, but SDU and I are friends outside of here and have known each other for a good 15 years or more. We were actually in each others wedding parties. BUT.........I stand by what I said.... :rofl:

Yeah and besides, who would want to follow SDU if he went around wishing the Lakers players the best of luck in their upcoming playoff run?
