Re: Suns Board Fantasy Leagues Discussion Thread
Couple things i think should happen for next season:
a) People should not have more than say... 2 teams...unless they promise to manage every single one of them well and care about all of them equally (like Kerrsed & Miklo did sort of)
b) People who did not come close to reaching the max amount of games (738 i believe) should not be allowed to play next season. Simple as that.
c) I don't get why MrCheckOneTwo should get promoted from the third league. He stopped playing after the first week, literally. I mean...his team completed 567 games out of 738....
d) other than that, everything is great

I agree with this. 8th place should not get promoted.

Re: Suns Board Fantasy Leagues Discussion Thread
yeah. We should really do something about non regulars signing up for these. Same thing happened in the BAT game (which was really fun). Only half the people ended up playing.

Re: Suns Board Fantasy Leagues Discussion Thread
Well I actually forgot this but we discussed the whole activity thing affecting promotions before the season started. Sorry MrCheckOne2 but we did agree before the leagues started that someone can't be promoted if they were way behind on games, i.e. not active in the league.
OP updated.
As far as competing in multiple leagues I agree as well. This season was kind of an exception since we just added an overflow league for the first time and there were only like 4 or 5 people that would be in it. And Kerrsed hopping in the D League was because they lost a player. But for next season, I'd actually recommend people only playing in one league, unless Division 3 is really short on people.

Wow. Wasn't Raff dominating the D-League midway through the season? He had like 15 points over the 2nd person. Mind you, he did run out of games.
D-League was pretty intense at the end. There was only like 5-7 points between 1st and 5th place.

Re: Suns Board Fantasy Leagues Discussion Thread
Raff was dominating for most of the season, until the ill-fated event of maxing each position early on. It can be a blessing or curse.
Some teams start resting players towards the end of the season, so it can be beneficial to use those positions early on to get the most out of it. Definitely came down to the wire in the D-League.

Looking forward to the 28-29 season.

Re: Suns Board Fantasy Leagues Discussion Thread
I was quite disappointed I didnt do better in that D-League. I think the worse trade for me was that trade with you BDR, Joe Johnson for Felton. Then, the Melo trade went through and Felton got buried in the bench in Denver.
Disappointed not to be elevated, but I'm not too unhappy as it's my first time playing fantasy.

Yeah, to be honest, I wasn't going to accept it with how well Felton was playing with Amare and under Dantoni's system. I don't like the Hawks motion offense and how it stifled JJ. Really stupid of NY to trade Felton.
Looking forward to the 28-29 season.

Yeah, I maxed out my games pretty early on, and for the last week or two, I had to cruise with what I had.
GO SUNS!
