I'm sorry, but these gay rights groups need to get over themselves. They should be thankful that the country accepts their perverse lifestyles as much as it does, and they aren't put back into their appropriate place that they were when this country had morals. Sickening.....

Honestly, you don't speak for America either and are being hypocritical. America has freedom of religion, speech, press and thought and therefore it is just as American to speak against gays as it is to speak up for them ... everyone can think and say whatever they want. If someone is fined for speaking against gays because it offends gays than why aren't others fined for speaking good about gays when that offends a huge portion of the population? It's all nonsense, people should be able to say what they think and if someone is offended, then don't listen.

Just for clarification... The constitution was intended to provide freedom from Governmental persecution for Thought, speech, etc...

It was designed to allow citizens to openly question their government.

Our fore-fathers never intended it to be perverted into a freedom for one individual to say or do anything they want to another individual. Some of them would have gladly fought you to the death for saying the wrong thing to them and the police would never have been involved.

I think the ref should have had the right to knock Kobe right the hell out for what he said. Life would be much easier that way. And I guarantee you, Alexander Hamilton agrees...

being gay was their choice so they have to deal with the consequences of not acting like normal people. They're not superior human beings and therefore doesn't deserve more protection than any other group of individuals.

Kobe should be finned for insulting a referee. Nothing else. The word he used to insult the referee doesn't matter.
